To create maximum value of KA customer, by participating in the development & implementation of KA marketing strategy, designing KA customer engagement program, data analysis, program tracking, and promotional mix.
  • Based on PDE5i market, city, customer segmentation, to identify TOP 5 NKA and TOP 22 LKA plan and ensure invest will focus on selective key KA
    • Build the retail & KA business data base
    • Allocate resources on BTL
    • Set KA KPIs & scorecard
    • Build & update KA profile on quarterly basis
  • Establish & enhance on trade marketing strategy, coverage plan, pharmacy display guidance, etc.
  • Work proactively with brand marketing on campaign developments, to ensure brand image enhancement with high-quality execution by field-force in KA retailers.
  • Implements the marketing key activities, including
    • Listen to KA customer and involve in the annual plans for the NKAs and TOP KAs. Gain good customer insight including understand customer needs, behaviors, motivational drivers.
    • Co-ordinates and implement marketing activities.
    • Evaluate effectiveness of marketing activities & pharmacy educational materials and make continuous improvement
  • Track KA agreement process and Opex monitoring
  • Possess sound marketing concepts and provide inputs on overall strategic and organization issues; share best practice of KA handling cross the organization.
  • Other tasks or projects assigned by line manager

  • At least 8-year Sales & trade marketing experience in OTC, personal care industry with at least 5 years in managerial role
  • Customer Orientation & Relationship Management
  • Strong capability in strategic thinking and manage complex under multi-tasks;
  • Strong logical thinking and figure sensitive
  • Be able to engage and influence internal and external stakeholders to change perception or obtain commitment;
  • High results orientation and sense of personal accountability;
  • High integrity excellent interpersonal skill , team engagement;
  • Bachelor or above Degree;
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Good command of MS office software application
