  • Act as the interface between advanced analytic teams and business leaders across the enterprise
  • Design and create material that communicates the status and output of analytic work, in partnership with data science teams. This includes, but not limited to, powerpoint and word documents. Be creative in the development of such material.
  • Coordinate data and analytics learning forums and programs for the organization.
  • Be a catalyst throughout the lifecycle of an analytics initiative, from ideation to production
  • Develop and maintain organizational communications such as status summaries and newsletters to create awareness of the analytic advancements for the company
  • Obtain and/or develop effective training materials utilizing a variety of media

  • Masters degree in a quantitative field or business, OR Masters in communications with analytics experience
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Lilly does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B or TN status) for this employment position.
  • Have a passion for analytics and effectively telling analytic success stories.
  • Proficiency in communicating sophisticated analytics to business users. Ability to interpret analytic output in a business context.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to help connect the dots and create value jointly from analytic and business teams
  • Strong acumen in quantitative analytics and structured problem solving
  • Prior experience at a healthcare, pharma or consulting industry is a plus.
  • Broad knowledge of computational methods, statistical modeling and data mining methods and tools
  • Interpersonal communication skills for effective customer consultation
  • Teamwork and leadership skills
  • Self-management skills with a focus on results for timely and accurate completion of competing deliverables
